BUSS215 : How to locate current management events: Home

To locate current management events. follow these steps:

1. Choose one of the databases in the module above, either Newspaper Source or Regional Business News.
2. On the database search screen, first set the date range that you would like to search within.  For current events, searching within a 6 to 12 month range from the current date is suggested.
3. In the search field at the top of the page, type the terms "business management" with quotation marks.  The search will execute automatically.
4. Scroll through the list of returns and select an appropriate article by clicking on the title.
5. Read the abstract for a short description of the article to ensure it is appropriate.
6. If the article is appropriate, click on the PDF Full Text link at the top left corner of the screen to open the full text of the article as it would appear in print.
